Advantage IQ has exceeded my expectations from implementation through two plus years of service. The implementation process was seamless and the ongoing validation process Advantage IQ has in place to stop problematic issues such as billing errors, metering errors, incorrect rates, missing bills, bills that do not belong to us, etc is exceptional. Their ability to find and resolve problems quickly allows for additional savings eliminating internal administration time and interruption to the stores. The client service team from Advantage IQ understands the need to communicate and keep the appropriate people at Big Lots informed and up to date when necessary.
Through Big Lots’ experience of evaluating and trying other partners before switching to Advantage IQ, the decision to switch to Advantage IQ has demonstrated significant improvement in issue resolution, as well as, noteworthy reductions in late fees and possible service interruptions. As I look at the cost of service compared to the savings that Advantage IQ identifies for us, the service provides good value. When I add in the value of the website, ease of navigation and access to info, time saved for my staff, the leverage Advantage IQ has with utilities based on their number of clients, and the ability for Big Lots to use the data to drive even more operational savings - our partnership is considerable.
In addition to the benefits we receive from Advantage IQ's daily service support, we are also impressed with the reports their web-based system delivers to us regarding our facilities. We are able to use the data to measure their performance and identify/rank high and low use facilities. The ranking allows us to be pro-active with cost control and ultimately improve a store's P&L. This reporting and support allows us to more effectively develop budgets and monitor our performance to our stated financial goals. Advantage IQ’s ability to deliver sustainable results is the foundation of our partnership.
